This halter top dress is made for dancing. I'm loving the super big ruffles on this one. There are 8 panels of flower prints in blue, green, and cream. The bodice is fully lined.

All clothing I sew is made to last. All seams are sewn with my serger for durability. I also topstitch where needed for a professional finish. I prewash all fabric to reduce shrinking and stop colors from bleeding.
